  • Multiple simultaneous orders placed for the same link may affect delivery and are not eligible for refunds.
  • Any unauthorized, fraudulent, or suspicious payment activity may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

🔹 Refill Policy

  • Refill is available for eligible services that include refill protection as mentioned in the service deremovedion.
  • If followers, likes, or views drop within the specified refill period (up to 30 days), users may request a refill.
  • Refill requests must be submitted through the support removed with a valid order ID within the refill timeframe.
  • Refill is only applicable to services delivered by DK SMM Panel and does not cover organic or third-party losses.
  • Orders with very low start count or incomplete delivery may not qualify for refill.
  • Abuse or repeated misuse of refill requests may result in account restriction or suspension.
