📜 Terms of Service – DK SMM Panel

All payments made to DK SMM Panel are added as account balance and must be used to place orders on our platform.
Account balance is not refundable to the original payment method.
In case of service failure or non-delivery, eligible refunds will be credited back to the user’s account balance.
Users must contact support before opening any payment dispute or chargeback.

If an order is not started or not delivered within the stated service time, users may request a refund to their account balance.
Partial delivery will be refunded proportionally when applicable.
Orders placed with incorrect links, private accounts, or incorrect usernames are not eligible for refunds.
Using multiple panels or services for the same link may affect delivery and is not refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted through the support system within a reasonable time after order completion.

Service delivery speed and quality may vary depending on platform conditions and network availability.
Delivery times are estimates unless clearly mentioned in the service description.
DK SMM Panel is not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms including account restrictions or content removal.

User data is handled with care and protected using industry-standard security measures.
Personal information is used only for order processing, customer support, and service improvement.
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

Any misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
